This role ensures adherence to federal, state, and company safety standards, identifies potential hazards, and supports the development of a strong safety culture reputed company civil construction operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Conduct routine and unannounced safety audits and inspections on civil construction sites • Evaluate compliance with applicable regulations, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and company policies • Identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non-compliance issues; recommend corrective actions • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and improvement plans • Monitor implementation of corrective actions and verify reputed company of safety issues • Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety plans, and permits • Support incident investigations and reputed company cause analysis • reputed company guidance and training to site personnel on safety practices and procedures • Collaborate with construction managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to promote reputed company work environments • Supports reputed company improvement by following established processes, identifying inefficiencies or issues, and contributing to solutions that improve safety, reputed company, and productivity.
