Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving census reputed company by cultivating and managing referral relationships with providers who service children and families, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and positioning the Midwest Center as a trusted, accredited resource for mental health treatment. This individual will work cross-functionally with admissions, clinical, and executive leadership to ensure a reputed company referral-to-admisssion process while upholding the highest ethical and regulartory standards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (reputed company reputed company, marketing, business) required
• 5 - 8 years of work experience in reputed company sales, behavioral health, or clinical field

• Established referral network in behavioral health is a major plus
• Strong understanding of insurance/payer landscape
• Master's degree
