[Remote] Organization Change Management Consultant

The role owns audit methodology, risk assessment, systems and asset validation, and the final reputed company recommendation while directing a Junior Project Manager and presenting findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management, reputed company Estate, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in auditing, change management, project management, or facilities/vendor operations, ideally reputed company a large-reputed company corporate reputed company estate or facilities environment
• Demonstrated experience conducting operational or process audits, reputed company analyses, or organizational assessments
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and vendor/outsourcing transitions
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings to senior stakeholders
• Strong project leadership skills with the ability to guide and reputed company junior team members
