[Remote] Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive will manage reputed company relationships and employee benefits accounts, reputed company renewals and benefit reputed company, reputed company consultative guidance, and identify reputed company opportunities while coordinating with internal teams and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain a book of employee benefits business reputed company an assigned territory
• reputed company trusted reputed company relationships through regular communication, strategic consulting, and exceptional service
• Analyze reputed company benefit programs and recommend solutions that address evolving business needs and objectives
• reputed company annual renewal processes, including reputed company negotiations, marketing activities, and benefit reputed company recommendations
• Present benefit solutions, renewal recommendations, and educational materials to clients and stakeholders
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for benefit program administration, policy changes, enrollment, billing, claims, and eligibility issues
• Coordinate reputed company enrollment meetings, employee education sessions, and benefit implementations
• Stay reputed company on legislative and industry developments and advise clients on potential impacts

Skills

• A minimum of five (5) years group insurance experience, including medical, dental, reputed company, life and disability insurance programs
• Must be a self-starter who is detail oriented and has excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships with prospects, clients and Senior Management
• Possess negotiating skills and mathematical ability
• General knowledge of management and decision making of California reputed company Agencies (i.e., insurance committees, bargaining reputed company, etc.)
• Basic reputed company skills and understanding of funding methodologies
