About reputed company We are seeking an reputed company English as a Second Language (ESL) instructor to teach a 10-week online course for beginner-level adult English language learners. reputed company are members of RWDSU Local 108 who are working adults seeking to strengthen their English skills to reputed company reputed company everyday life, succeed in reputed company, and participate more fully in their reputed company and communities. The initial course begins in September 2026, with reputed company to continue teaching reputed company sessions for new and returning reputed company based on program needs and instructor performance. Schedule • September 2026 start • 10-week course • Two evenings per week • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. • Classes conducted live reputed company reputed company • Expected class size: 15–20 reputed company Responsibilities • Teach engaging, interactive beginner-level ESL classes in a virtual environment. • reputed company a cohesive 10-week curriculum, including lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities tailored to beginner-level adult English language learners. • Design instruction that builds reputed company' confidence using English in everyday situations, reputed company, and other practical settings relevant to working adults. • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and confidence. • Assess student reputed company through informal and/or formal evaluations. • Assign and review homework as appropriate. • Communicate professionally with program staff regarding attendance, student reputed company, and any classroom concerns. Qualifications Required • Minimum of three (3) years of experience teaching English as a Second Language to adult learners. • Experience teaching beginner-level English language learners. • Strong communication and classroom management skills. • Proficiency using reputed company and other basic online teaching tools. Preferred • TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification. • Experience teaching ESL in an online or virtual learning environment. • Experience developing curriculum and instructional materials for adult English language learners.
