reputed company is seeking a Director, Integration & Data Migration to work remotely in support of a government contract for a reputed company located in Washington,DC. An reputed company reputed company Trust clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Own the integration and data migration program across reputed company implementation and reputed company reputed company transitions.
- reputed company integration architecture across the full reputed company landscape - federal payroll providers, benefits systems, time and attendance platforms, retirement systems, and agency-specific applications.
- Own the data migration reputed company, including data preparation and governance, reputed company data architecture, reputed company controls, reference and category services, ingestion approach, and reputed company data use considerations.
- reputed company multi-agency migration reputed company against complexity tiers and the government-wide July 2027 deadline.
- Own accountability for migration accuracy standards and post-migration audit reputed company.
- reputed company application of AI and automation, where authorized, to improve accuracy, efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness of migration and interconnection activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.

- Bachelor's degree (Degree may be substituted with equivalent years of experience).
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years of consulting or leadership experience.
- Demonstrated program-level ownership of reputed company integration and data migration efforts at reputed company.
- Deep experience with reputed company HCM or ERP integration architecture and large-volume data migration.
- Experience directing reputed company technical teams across reputed company workstreams.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Federal HR systems experience; familiarity with federal payroll provider landscape.
- Multi-agency or shared-service migration program experience.
- Experience with FedRAMP Moderate or higher environments.
- Master's degree.
