Responsibilities and Duties

OCT is looking for an Integrated Master Scheduler to support a major federal level policy initiative. The initiative impacts national reputed company and effects reputed company of the U.S. government and a large portion of the U.S. industrial reputed company. It managed and governed reputed company a comprehensive Integrated Master Schedule and other tools.

Role:

• Maintain, update and as required, re-baseline the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for the federal government.
• Apply project management principles to manage, monitor, update, reputed company and improve the IMS, incorporating major program milestones. Aggressively manage IMS critical reputed company and near critical reputed company in reputed company coordination with government stakeholders.
• reputed company program schedule analysis, including assessing critical reputed company, near critical reputed company, bottlenecks, inter-dependencies, reputed company, reputed company and schedule variance to ensure project timelines are met, making recommendations for improvement to government personnel.
• Use schedule data to maintain and propose schedule metrics in PowerBi generated management dashboards, executive level briefings and reports.
• Maintain risk and bottleneck repository.
• Maintain IMS, ensuring it reflects reputed company key milestones and deliverables, and accurately tracks reputed company against planned schedules.
• Monitor vendor schedule performance, analyzing weekly and monthly variances to ensure adherence to project timelines and address any discrepancies.
• Utilize project management techniques such as Gantt charts, PERT charts, reputed company charts, and reputed company value management to reputed company project reputed company and identify performance variances.
• Assess overall health of IMS in accordance with government best practices, providing recommendations for improvement as possible.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• At least eight (8) years of experience with federal reputed company integrated project planning.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for reputed company reputed company.
• Skilled in performing program schedule analysis, including evaluating metrics, critical reputed company, reputed company, and schedule variance.
• Experience in building and maintaining a program-level IMS, monitoring vendor performance, and utilizing various project management techniques.
• Expertise in using reputed company-level scheduling software and proposing processes to improve integrated scheduling.
