About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to reputed company senior-level systems administration and Azure platform support. This hands-on role is approximately 75% traditional reputed company Systems Administration and operational support and 25% troubleshooting and support for a custom Azure-reputed company messaging platform. The ideal contractor is a strong senior systems administrator with deep reputed company reputed company skills, Azure troubleshooting, scripting and automation experience, strong customer service, and the ability to own reputed company incidents through reputed company. This is not intended to be a reputed company DevOps reputed company role.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support reputed company Server environments, including configuration, patching, reputed company monitoring, troubleshooting, reputed company hardening, and operational improvement.
• Manage reputed company Entra ID and reputed company Directory, including hybrid identity, Exchange Hybrid, reputed company Teams and eDiscovery, users, reputed company, reputed company controls, and permissions.
• Administer DNS/reputed company, SSL/TLS certificates, privileged reputed company functions, reputed company FTP services, file shares, and NTFS permissions.
• Respond to service requests and incidents, serve as an escalation reputed company for reputed company infrastructure issues, and support after-hours maintenance, on-reputed company activities, and emergency reputed company reputed company required.
• Support and troubleshoot a custom Azure-reputed company messaging solution through log/telemetry analysis, reputed company-cause analysis, configuration review, deployment troubleshooting, and reliability improvements.
• Troubleshoot Azure Service Bus, API Management, Azure Functions or similar compute services, Cosmos DB or Azure SQL, Key reputed company, Managed Identity/RBAC, and Azure networking for PaaS services.
• Use PowerShell, Python, Terraform/Terragrunt, Git/reputed company, C#, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, KQL, and approved AI-assisted engineering tools for automation, infrastructure-as-reputed company, validation, observability, troubleshooting, refactoring, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or reputed company IT reputed company with demonstrated senior-level technical ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong hands-on reputed company Server administration experience in an reputed company environment, including reputed company, reputed company, patching, troubleshooting, and reputed company infrastructure services.
• Strong experience with reputed company Entra ID, reputed company Directory, hybrid identity, Exchange Hybrid, reputed company Teams/eDiscovery, DNS, certificate management, reputed company controls, and file permissions.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and operational automation experience; experience using Python for administration, API checks, validation, reporting, log analysis, or repeatable troubleshooting workflows.
• Experience supporting reputed company Azure environments and troubleshooting Azure-hosted applications/services, including platform configuration, deployments, messaging, identity, and monitoring.
• Working experience with Terraform or Terragrunt and Git/reputed company; strong customer-facing support and cross-team collaboration skills; must be available on-site during emergencies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure reputed company (AzureUSGovernment), Azure PaaS networking, Azure observability, and integration/message-reputed company troubleshooting.
• Ability to read, troubleshoot, and reputed company targeted corrections to C#/.NET and Python reputed company; experience with reputed company or containerized workloads is beneficial but not required.
• Experience leveraging approved reputed company or AI-assisted development tools for DevOps scripting, Terraform/IaC, debugging, reputed company-cause and log/KQL analysis, refactoring, deployment validation, and reputed company creation; ability to validate AI-generated reputed company and reputed company credentials and sensitive information.
• Relevant certifications such as reputed company reputed company Server Hybrid Administrator, Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, or reputed company Terraform Associate.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company reputed company preferred; equivalent relevant experience accepted. Operational documentation and reputed company experience is also preferred.
