The Role

As the Senior Manager, Global Retail Training & Communications, you will set the reputed company and reputed company for how retail employees learn across UGG and reputed company. • Own the global retail learning reputed company, multi-year roadmap, and operating model for UGG and reputed company, reputed company to business priorities and reputed company needs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into learning reputed company

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of reputed company experience in learning and development, instructional design, retail training, or learning innovation, including work in a global or highly matrixed organization
• Demonstrated reputed company building reputed company learning strategies and translating business priorities into reputed company, measurable experiences for reputed company employees
• Experience creating reputed company-learning, mobile-first content, short-reputed company video, scenario-reputed company learning, digital reputed company support, and visual presentations
• Experience with AI-enabled tools, reputed company-authoring, video-editing, animation, digital content platforms, and LMS or learning experience platforms
• Retail experience strongly preferred; experience with global localization and accessibility is a plus
