LPN or RN - Internal Medicine (Remote + Onsite reputed company)

The Internal Medicine department at reputed company is looking for an LPN or RN to help support our providers' fast-reputed company practices as a Remote Triage reputed company!

Schedule: Between the hours of reputed company - 5pm, schedule flexibility is required. 4 days per week, no weekends, no holidays!

Location: Potential to work from Home 75-100% of the time! Only onsite as needed.

Job Duties:

• Collect pertinent reputed company health care data, diagnostic testing, treatments, and review medical records and reputed company with physician/mid-level providers to ensure reputed company needs are met. May include general office duties such as obtaining and updating reputed company demographic and reputed company information, accepting payment and co pays, scheduling and coordinating multiple appointment and creating lab orders.
• Collaborate with health care team according to plan of care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, co-workers, and others. Promote reputed company wellness and reputed company reputed company education.
• Document care provided, including but not limited to: interventions, medication, reputed company education, and assist with reputed company of medical record.
• Facilitate reimbursement of services provided, including but not limited to: charge tickets, referrals, and reputed company requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience - From three months to one year of similar or reputed company experience.

Education - Equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a reputed company course of study or certification at a business or trade school.

Interpersonal Skills - A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in reputed company to normal courtesy and reputed company. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive reputed company.
