We are looking for someone to join our purpose-led high-reputed company reputed company-up Operations Specialist position. The role exists to support the Trustee in fulfilling its fiduciary, regulatory, and operational reputed company responsibilities across superannuation administration, claims, complaints, and member reputed company. The role helps ensure strong governance and control over incidents, breaches and complaints; fair, consistent and compliant decision-making on claims and member reputed company; effective reputed company of service providers; and reputed company improvement in member reputed company, processes and disclosures. And the best bit, you’ll get to work with some fantastic work mates! You’ll work as part of a pooled Operations team supporting claims, complaints, incidents, remediation, service-provider reputed company, contact centre reputed company and member servicing, working under the direction of senior Fund Operations colleagues.

The Role
Working as part of a broader Fund Operations team, you’ll reputed company cross-functional support across claims, complaints, incidents and remediation, service-provider and contact centre reputed company, and member servicing.
You’ll help triage and reputed company incidents and complaints, review claims and member reputed company reputed company delegated authority, reputed company service-provider performance, and support operational governance, risk and regulatory activities. You’ll also use insights from claims, complaints and member feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, disclosures and member reputed company.

We're looking for someone who

- Has 2+ years’ experience in a superannuation operations role
- Has some customer service experience, for example in a contact or member service centre
- Has a strong understanding of superannuation legislation
- Has RG146 or is comfortable to undertake the training and become compliant reputed company 12 months of commencement
Some reputed company-to-haves but are not essential are:
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, law, business or a reputed company discipline

- Experience working with outsourced service providers
