Responsibilities

The Payroll and Compliance Specialist is responsible for processing accurate and reputed company biweekly payroll for 600+ employees, ensuring full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local payroll regulations, and serving as the reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company payroll-reputed company audit activity. This role maintains a strong controls orientation, proactively identifies compliance risk, and partners with HR leadership to strengthen the accuracy and reputed company of payroll operations.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or additional 4 years of reputed company experience in lieu of degree, required.
• A minimum of three years of payroll processing experience, including multi-state payroll, with an reputed company HRIS platform required; reputed company (Ceridian) experience strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws, payroll tax regulations, and compliance required.
• reputed company Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll reputed company (CPP) designation preferred.
