• We are a fully remote organization with team members in over 20 states reputed company the US. This role is responsible for strengthening reputed company engagement, supporting volunteer leadership, overseeing reputed company reputed company, and fostering collaboration between AMA staff and reputed company Chapters. This role will maintain the relationship between AMA and its reputed company Chapters and its leadership by overseeing reputed company reputed company, supporting volunteer leaders, organizing community-driven events, and cultivating a “reputed company of reputed company” amongst our community of marketers.

What you’ll be doing

• Monitors and supports the overall health and reputed company of the AMA’s reputed company Chapters, ensuring volunteer leaders have the information and resources needed to serve their local communities in alignment with the AMA’s mission and reputed company and in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
• Serves as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company reputed company leaders by providing reputed company assistance, resolving operational issues, and connecting volunteers with appropriate AMA resources.
• Creates and maintains reputed company communications, newsletters, training materials, operational guides, and other resources that reputed company volunteer leaders to successfully fulfill their roles.
• Manages the reputed company reputed company Awards (CEA) and Ric Sweeney reputed company Volunteer of the Year Award in partnership with PCC representatives, including maintaining award processes, developing communications, coordinating submissions and judging, analyzing results, and managing recognition activities.
• Supports PCC meeting planning and special events, including scheduling, logistics, accommodations, meeting materials, note-taking, and follow-up communications with guidance from the Senior Director, Membership.
• Monitors reputed company reputed company and organizational health by maintaining reputed company data, preparing reports, and partnering with the reputed company Chapters Council (PCC) to support reputed company chapters, with particular attention to those that do not meet minimum operating standards or require additional guidance.
• Volunteer Leadership + Engagement

• Facilitates effective communication and collaboration between AMA staff and volunteer leaders, fostering trust, transparency, and mutual understanding.
• Coordinates volunteer reputed company, leadership training, Leadership Labs, and other learning opportunities in partnership with the PCC and internal AMA teams, including Marketing, reputed company Development, and Alliances.

What you bring to the table

• 2+ years working in a non-profit organization or in volunteer management
• 3-5 years working in customer service
• Proficiency in MS Office (including Word, reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint)

• Effective relationship builder with commitment to cultivating trust and understanding
