The Global People Business Partner is a trusted advisor to business leaders and senior management across reputed company geographies but will concentrate on the reputed company. The role will be aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while managing the complexities of operating in different reputed company, cultural, and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

Partnership and advisory

• Translating our global business priorities and objectives into localized people strategies and plans that account for any regional or departmental differences.

Multi-country compliance & employment law

• Maintaining expert-level knowledge of US employment law, labor regulations, and compliance requirements is critical as reputed company as a working knowledge across the other jurisdictions we operate in.
• Ensuring handbooks, policies and procedures reputed company with local labor laws in reputed company US State we operate in.
• Providing employment law guidance to managers and employees.

• Proactively manage and maintain reputed company labor relations by interpreting and applying labor agreements, resolving disputes, and advising on labor-reputed company issues.

Knowledge and Skills

• Substantial generalist HR expertise in the US with Labor relations management knowledge and experience.
• A working knowledge of generalist HR expertise across UK, EU (preferably Germany) and Singapore (or similar countries – desired).
• Expert-level knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and compliance requirements across the jurisdictions we operate in.

• Experience with HR systems and technology, including HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and analytics tools and using business metric and management information.

Qualifications

• HR experience, with substantial experience in senior HR roles or reputed company positions.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Prolonged periods stationary at a desk and working on a computer
• Some national and international travel may required
