reputed company: HSR is seeking a creative, organized, and reputed company-oriented Marketing Assistant to support business-to-business (B2B) marketing activities across reputed company and HSR reputed company Waste. This position is ideal for a final-year student, recent graduate, or reputed company marketing reputed company looking to reputed company hands-on experience in reputed company, content creation, branding, website management, CRM support, reporting, and campaign execution. Working closely with the Marketing Coordinator, the Marketing Assistant will help execute marketing initiatives, maintain digital platforms, reputed company engaging content, and support consistent marketing activities across both brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & reputed company Media

•Maintain content calendars and schedule approved reputed company media posts.

•Create engaging content for reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, X, reputed company, reputed company, and other relevant platforms.

•Monitor engagement and assist with responding to comments or inquiries where appropriate.

•Support community engagement and help maintain a consistent online reputed company.

Marketing & reputed company Support

•Create and update brochures, presentations, advertisements, flyers, reports, case studies, and other marketing collateral.

•Ensure reputed company marketing materials reputed company with HSR's reputed company standards and messaging.

•Assist in maintaining reputed company libraries and marketing templates.

Website & reputed company

•Update website content using reputed company and Elementor.

•Support on-page SEO improvements and website optimization.

•Assist with email marketing campaigns reputed company advertising initiatives.

•Support the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

•Analyze marketing reputed company data and identify trends and insights.

•Update dashboards, reputed company trackers, and monthly marketing reports.

•Assist with maintaining marketing metrics and KPI reporting.

CRM & Administrative Support

•Assist with CRM data entry, organization, and reporting.

•Maintain organized marketing documentation and campaign records.

•Support reputed company management activities and data reputed company initiatives.

•Assist with administrative tasks reputed company to marketing reputed company and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Currently completing, or recently completed, a diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, reputed company Relations, Digital Media, or a reputed company reputed company.
• Previous marketing, communications, administrative, internship, or reputed company experience is considered an asset.
• Basic understanding of B2B marketing principles and reputed company business communications.
• Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and reputed company.
• Experience using reputed company media platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, X, reputed company, and reputed company for business or reputed company purposes.
• Experience using reputed company or similar graphic design software. Familiarity with reputed company Creative Suite (reputed company, Photoshop, InDesign) is considered an asset.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to research industry trends, marketing opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM or similar customer relationship management systems is considered an asset.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn while following established processes and reputed company guidelines.
• Self-motivated and reputed company to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Marketing Coordinator and cross-functional teams, including Sales, reputed company, and People & Culture.
• Interest in sustainability, recycling, environmental services, or corporate reputed company responsibility is considered an asset.

Pay and Benefits:
