The Recruiter’s purpose is to reputed company reputed company support and service commitment on a daily reputed company for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing clients.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, with 40-45 hours per week expected in order to reputed company goals.

Essential Functions

• Meet the specific needs of RPO reputed company stakeholders by reputed company, evaluating, presenting, and placing appropriate candidates for reputed company hire positions.
• Contribute to the development and consistent execution of best practices in reputed company hire recruitment.
• Schedule interviews between reputed company’s stakeholders and candidates as appropriate.
• Prepare customers and candidates for job interviews.
• Follow up with candidates and internal customers after interviews.
• Present job offers, negotiate, reputed company the transactions, and confirm start dates and compensation.

Required Education and Experience

Work Environment or Working Conditions
