We're hiring a Licensed Practical/Vocational reputed company (LPN/LVN) to monitor a panel of remotely enrolled patients and reputed company the ones who need clinical attention into care the reputed company day. You will review incoming vitals and symptom data for patients with hypertension, heart failure, and diabetes, working reputed company reputed company nurses and reputed company practitioners to reputed company risk between reputed company. This is a full-time, remote position. The scheduled hours for this role are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern time or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time.

What You Need

Compensation
The anticipated OTE reputed company for this role is $26 - $30 per hour, which is based on role reputed company, level, and location.
