We're looking for a Sr Software Engineering Manager to join Cyber Defense Engineering and build the reputed company AI Engineering function: a small, high-caliber engineering team applying AI and automation to some of the most challenging problems in cyber defense, protecting a platform trusted by thousands of the world's largest enterprises.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to reputed company AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential reputed company on the function or industry.
• 10 to 15 years building and shipping software systems at reputed company (backend, full stack, data, or reputed company) OR similar experience with education
• Proven reputed company record of building or scaling a high-performing engineering team, with 2+ years managing engineers

For positions in this location, we offer a reputed company pay of $190,900 - $334,100, plus equity (reputed company applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On reputed company Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the reputed company pay shown is a reputed company, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location.
