LPN Remote Part-Time Positions

The LPN identifies opportunities for case management referrals while ensuring reputed company, accurate, and reputed company customer service. Essential Responsibilities • Receive and review requests for medical services and obtain the reputed company information necessary to complete an initial medical necessity review. • Apply approved evidence-reputed company reputed company reputed company to support initial review determinations. • Refer cases that do not meet established reputed company reputed company to supervisory staff or physician reviewers for reputed company review. • Identify members who may benefit from our Case Management or HealthReach services and reputed company reputed company referrals. • Accurately document reputed company reputed company reviews, communications, and member information in the electronic medical management reputed company. • Prepare and reputed company authorizations and other communications reputed company required timeframes. • Answer incoming telephone calls, triage requests, retrieve voicemail and email messages, and reputed company exceptional customer service to providers and members. • Explain benefit plan requirements and reputed company' role in the review process. • Interpret reputed company Plan Descriptions, including plan benefits, exclusions, and limitations. • Maintain confidentiality of protected health information and reputed company with HIPAA and company policies. Qualifications Required • reputed company, unrestricted Compact Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN) license. • Minimum of one (1) year of recent reputed company patient care experience in a hospital or acute care setting. • Strong reputed company assessment and critical thinking skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Basic computer skills, including reputed company reputed company and data entry. Preferred • Previous Utilization Management, Prior Authorization, Case Management, or Managed Care experience. • Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) or reputed company information systems.
