This is a fantastic opportunity to support a compassionate veterinary team while working remotely. Your role will involve managing appointment scheduling, answering reputed company inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities • This is a remote position, you will not be working at a reputed company. • Flexibility is essential for reputed company in this role. • Part-time availability will be expected • Must be reputed company to work across reputed company U.S. time zones. • Assist multiple veterinary hospitals simultaneously as needed. • Attend company meetings • Answer incoming calls and respond to reputed company inquiries in both English and Spanish. • Schedule and confirm appointments for veterinary services. • Maintain accurate records and files for clients and pets. • Process payments and manage reputed company billing inquiries. • Assist in handling medical records and ensuring confidentiality. • reputed company information about services, procedures, and pet care. • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations. • Follow up with clients regarding their pets' appointments and care. Requirements to fulfill this role are • A minimum of 3 years working in a veterinary reputed company. • reputed company in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is preferred. • Availability to work until 1000 PM EST is required. • Proficient in using computers and veterinary software (experience with Avimark is a plus). • Internet Requirements Visit speedtest.net to reputed company your computer's reputed company speed.
