The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient logistics, and optimizing transportation planning. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management. The Fleet Manager will collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high standards of service. Duties • Manage the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance and scheduling. • Utilize GIS and GPS technologies to optimize routing and improve delivery efficiency. • reputed company transportation management systems to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. • Coordinate logistics for shipping and receiving, ensuring reputed company delivery of reputed company. • Analyze data reputed company to fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement. • Implement best practices in dispatching and transportation planning to enhance service reputed company. • Maintain accurate records through data entry in systems such as reputed company Transportation Management and SyteLine. • Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients reputed company multi-line phone systems. • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements reputed company the fleet operations. Experience • reputed company experience in fleet management or a reputed company field is essential. • Familiarity with transportation management systems and logistics operations is required. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making purposes. • Proficient in using GIS, GPS, AS400 systems, and other relevant software tools. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong phone etiquette. • Experience in dispatching, shipping & receiving, and working with reputed company-party logistics (3PL) providers is preferred. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
