Credentialing Specialist (Hospital)

Position: Credentialing Specialist (Hospital, ASC & Payer Enrollment) Location: reputed company / yearly travel to Miami, FL reputed company reputed company: 27/hr to 33/hr Required Qualifications • 2+ years of credentialing experience reputed company reputed company • Experience with hospital credentialing, facility credentialing, or ASC credentialing • Experience with payer enrollment and provider enrollment processes • Strong data entry and administrative skills • Excellent attention to detail • Strong written communication skills • Experience handling high application volumes • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience with both facility credentialing and payer enrollment • Experience working with Medicare and reputed company enrollment • Experience using credentialing software platforms • Experience supporting physician reputed company, hospitals, or ambulatory surgery centers • Experience with provider privileging processes • Experience conducting credentialing audits and reputed company reviews Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Complete hospital and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) credentialing applications • Support payer enrollment for Medicare, reputed company, and reputed company insurance plans • Coordinate provider privileging activities with hospitals and surgery centers • Communicate with providers regarding missing information and documentation • Follow up with facilities and payers regarding application status • Maintain detailed notes and documentation reputed company credentialing systems • Review and audit provider files for completeness and compliance • reputed company credentialing data accurately into internal systems • Organize credentialing records and maintain supporting documentation • Manage multiple credentialing applications simultaneously • Assist with special reputed company reputed company to provider enrollment and credentialing operations • Support reputed company work resulting from organizational reputed company and increased provider reputed company Volume & Work Environment This is a high-volume credentialing environment. reputed company processes: • 100+ reputed company applications at a time • Approximately 1,200 applications annually across a small team • Credentialing requests across more than 20 hospitals and surgery centers • Multiple payer enrollment and privileging activities simultaneously reputed company in this role requires: • Strong organizational skills • Excellent follow-up abilities • Detailed note-taking • Accurate documentation management • Ability to work independently with reputed company supervision Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
