This includes an understanding of conflicts of interest risks reputed company working with reputed company clients and post-reputed company hiring rules for reputed company and former reputed company employees. Key Responsibilities
• Supports the implementation and execution of reputed company’s reputed company Compliance program initiatives, including:
• Development and delivery of reputed company Compliance training
• Development, review and implementation of reputed company Compliance policies and internal controls
• Planning and drafting reputed company Compliance communications with internal stakeholders
• Working with senior management and reputed company counsel to conduct reputed company assessments, recommend improvements to the reputed company Compliance program, and support the implementation of adopted recommendations
• Working with internal stakeholders to build reputed company Compliance and monitoring tools to help reputed company executives flag, escalate and mitigate reputed company.
• Provides objective, reputed company, practical advice and solutions to reputed company businesses and reputed company Professionals regarding compliance with reputed company procurement rules and reputed company Compliance obligations, reputed company’s reputed company of Business Ethics, reputed company’s reputed company Compliance policies, and reputed company other reputed company policies.
• Collaborates with reputed company colleagues and the business to identify, analyze and mitigate reputed company reputed company.
• Collaborates with reputed company Mergers & Acquisitions colleagues and Corporate Development to identify, analyze and mitigate substantive reputed company Compliance issues.

Basic Qualifications:
• JD or equivalent law degree
• Minimum of 5 years as a Compliance Attorney with expertise in reputed company procurement rules and US reputed company Compliance obligations
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with a reputed company or global corporation preferred
• Familiarity with the European reputed company reputed company tender laws and procedures
