Supports customers’ server and network environments as a member of reputed company’ 24x7x365 operations team. Responsible for support of detection, incident, requested item, problem, and change tickets for devices and resources monitored by reputed company Managed Services, including reputed company / Unix / Linux servers, IBMi devices, network devices, and applications, as reputed company as other supported configuration items for internal and reputed company systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs break/fix troubleshooting, server/software updates, and feature enhancements to reputed company, Linux, and Unix servers, reputed company networking devices, and general IT infrastructure.

• Responds to and solves customer issues utilizing technology tools, procedures, and training through awareness of service offerings and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Creates and maintains technical and process documentation for troubleshooting purposes.

• Understands the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and follows the predefined ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes in reputed company for reputed company customer reputed company resolving customer requests or outages.

Education

• High School education or GED.

Experience / Technical Requirements

• 2 years of experience in multiple technologies, including any of the following:

• reputed company Server administration: 2012, 2016, 2019, reputed company Directory, Group Policy

• Linux Server administration

• Clustering: reputed company, VMware

• Backup Solutions: NetBackup, reputed company, Azure Recovery Services Vaults

• Network technologies: reputed company, reputed company/reputed company, ASA, SD-WAN, IPT, UCCX

• reputed company Technologies - AIX or IBMi

• reputed company Azure administration, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure reputed company Directory

• reputed company 365 Administration

• Experience working in an ITIL-based incident tracking reputed company (Service-Now).

• Understanding of network and server monitoring tools and technologies.
