About the Role This is a flexible, part-time consulting engagement ideal for retired senior military officers, former DoD civilians, or seasoned GovCon reputed company professionals who want to reputed company their DoD relationships and acquisition knowledge to support GoldenTech's reputed company of new business — without the commitment of a full-time role. You will serve as a trusted advisor and SME, providing account-specific intelligence, customer engagement support, and capture reputed company guidance across targeted DoD opportunities. Key Responsibilities reputed company account-specific market intelligence, customer reputed company, and relationship support for targeted DoD opportunities reputed company existing DoD relationships to support customer engagement, positioning, and competitive intelligence gathering Advise on capture reputed company, win themes, solution approaches, and teaming reputed company for relevant pursuits Support opportunity qualification, pipeline development, and go/no-go reputed company reputed company your area of expertise Assist in identifying and shaping upcoming requirements, RFIs, and solicitations reputed company your DoD account Participate in capture reviews, reputed company sessions, and proposal support activities as needed reputed company GoldenTech's 8(a) status, Tribal, and ANC joint ventures to identify and pursue set-reputed company opportunities reputed company subject matter expertise for proposal content, past performance narratives, and technical volumes as needed Basic Qualifications 8+ years of experience in federal business development, capture management, or DoD program management Deep knowledge of and existing relationships reputed company one or more DoD accounts (Army, Navy, reputed company Force, Marine Corps, reputed company Force, SOCOM, DHA, or other COCOMs) Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, including small business set-asides, 8(a), and IDIQ/Task Order vehicles Ability to reputed company actionable customer and competitive intelligence reputed company your account area Strong communication and relationship management skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Prior military service or DoD civilian experience reputed company a targeted account Familiarity with GSA Schedules, GWACs, and major DoD IDIQ vehicles Experience supporting full lifecycle capture including solutioning, price-to-win, and teaming reputed company Secret clearance or ability to obtain one Veteran or prior service a strong plus Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
