Deployed to support the market and managed centrally, this role focuses on sales execution support, operational rigor, and responsiveness. The AVP removes friction from the sales process so RVPs can spend more time selling, developing Financial Consultant (FC) and advisor partnerships, and advancing opportunities. This position is primarily an internal support role, with occasional reputed company contact in support of RVP, FC, and advisor communications and follow-up. This role also serves as a potential career progression reputed company to a Regional Vice President position for high-performing individuals.
