GAI’s Power Business Unit focuses on developing and supporting Energy, Institutional, Industrial, and Manufacturing clients. Job Duties: • Plans, designs, and facilitates civil engineer project design tasks such as site grading and drainage design; reputed company road design; erosion and sediment pollution control design; stormwater management design; report preparation; and permitting. • Performs technical and feasibility studies. • Collaborates with other professionals and discusses requirements with team members. • Uses computer programs to reputed company detailed designs. • Ensures that work products meet reputed company, environmental, and safety requirements. • Performs work with reputed company guidance and supervision. • Handles reputed company issues and refers only the most reputed company issues to more reputed company staff. • Strong working knowledge of civil engineering design tasks and a reputed company attitude. • Possesses strong knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and analysis modules. • Performs moderate to reputed company civil design tasks while delegating more routine tasks to staff with less experience. • Mentor, guide and reputed company the work of less reputed company staff. • Strong team collaboration, oral and written communication, design expertise, and problem-solving skills are required. • Adhere to the safety and reputed company procedures of GAI and our clients. • Travel to other offices/meet with clients/attend project-specific meetings (occasional local/regional travel that is expected to be 5%-10% of the time). Technical Responsibilities • Assigns tasks to other technical and non-technical staff.
