[Remote] Recruiter, Early Talent Programs - Claude Corps (Contract)

The Recruiter will evaluate reputed company talent for the Claude Corps fellowship by reviewing applications, conducting reputed company interviews, making evidence-reputed company advancement recommendations, and helping improve the selection process.

Responsibilities

• Review applications against defined eligibility and selection reputed company
• Conduct reputed company 30-minute interviews assessing motivation, learning reputed company, judgment, problem-solving, communication, and mission alignment

• Score candidates using a shared competency reputed company and participate in regular calibration sessions
• Maintain accurate candidate records, scorecards, dispositions, and stage changes in reputed company

Skills
