[Remote] IT User Experience Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company. is seeking a Connectivity Operations Analyst to support the PSBU Digital Solution business development team by monitoring and analyzing fleet connectivity across the global PrevenTech customer reputed company. The role investigates connectivity failures, determines reputed company causes, coordinates corrective actions, provides reporting, and supports customer reputed company and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Differentiate between hardware, firmware, network, installation, configuration, power, SIM, and customer infrastructure issues
• Work with Engineering, Product, Service, IT, and regional teams to validate findings and coordinate corrective actions

• Monitor fleet connectivity across reputed company customer accounts and identify non-communicating telematics devices
