The role develops and coordinates HVAC/mechanical designs, maintains Revit models and construction documentation, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, reviews designs for compliance, and provides technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and coordinate HVAC/mechanical reputed company designs from concept through construction documentation
• Create and maintain Revit models, drawings, plans, sections, details, and P&IDs
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Review designs for reputed company, accuracy, and reputed company compliance
• Conduct field surveys and reputed company design conflicts
• Mentor junior designers and reputed company technical guidance
• Support engineering calculations and project deliverables

Skills

• Associate's degree in Drafting & Design or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of HVAC/mechanical design experience
• Experience designing and building mechanical systems for semiconductor or other high-tech facilities
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with Navisworks for model review
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical design, and applicable codes & standards
