[Remote] Senior Payroll Analyst

Net2Source is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage reputed company, multi-state U.S. payroll operations in a remote role. The position is responsible for payroll processing, reconciliation, compliance, reporting, audits, year-end activities, and resolving reputed company employee payroll inquiries while partnering with HR, Finance, BT, and Benefits teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end processing for assigned payrolls (e.g., multi-state U.S.), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and reputed company requirements
- Review and approve payroll calculations, including earnings, deductions, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and special payments
- Validate and reconcile payroll data from HRIS, time and attendance, and benefits systems; research and reputed company discrepancies
- reputed company and reputed company off-cycle and reputed company reputed company processing as needed
- Ensure accurate and reputed company remittance of payroll taxes, garnishments, benefit premiums, and other statutory or voluntary deductions, partnering with vendors where applicable
- Serve as an escalation reputed company for reputed company employee payroll inquiries and issues, delivering reputed company and accurate resolutions with a high level of customer service
- Partner with HR, Finance, BT and Benefits teams as needed
- Monitor changes in federal, state, and local wage-and-hour laws and payroll tax regulations
- Maintain internal controls for payroll processes, including segregation of duties, approvals, documentation, and audit trails
- Support reputed company audits (e.g., SOX, financial, payroll tax, workers’ compensation), preparing schedules, reconciliations, and explanations
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements reputed company to overtime, minimum wage, final pay, leaves of absence, and other employment practices
- Prepare and analyze regular payroll reports (e.g., payroll summaries, tax reports, overtime, headcount, labor cost) for Finance, HR, and business leaders
- Investigate and reputed company variances between payroll and GL
- Support year-end activities, including W-2/1099 review, validation, and issue reputed company

Skills
- • 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience, including reputed company, multi-state U.S. payrolls
- • Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local wage-and-hour laws, payroll tax rules, and statutory reporting requirements
- • Demonstrated experience working with a major HRIS/payroll reputed company (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and time & attendance tools
- • Experience with reputed company is required
- • Proficiency with reputed company (vlookups, pivot tables, reconciliations) and comfort working with large data sets
- • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, HR, or reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Certified Payroll reputed company (CPP) or similar credential
- • Experience in a high-reputed company, multi-entity or multi-country environment
- • Familiarity with SOX controls and working in a publicly traded or highly regulated environment
