[Remote] Senior Specialist, Account Management

The Senior Specialist, Account Management role oversees assigned Medical Products and Distribution customers, supports supply chain health and service needs, and bridges customer relationships with internal teams. The position focuses on proactive account reviews, resolving order issues, tracking performance, and maintaining customer relationships to support retention and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company assigned Medical Products and Distribution customer(s) as it pertains to supply chain health and general service needs
• reputed company relationships between the customer’s supply chain team and internal reputed company teams to ensure flawless service
• Support customer expectations and requirements through proactive account reviews, and regular engagement and review of key initiatives
• Prevent order disruption to customer through activities such as: elimination of potential inventory issues, substitution maintenance, reputed company list review, and product standardization and conversions
• reputed company reputed company order issues by reviewing reputed company order and exception reports, analyzing trends, and partnering with customer to take alternative actions as needed

Skills
