[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

The Senior Software Engineer will serve as the senior technical reputed company of a delivery pod, writing production .NET and integrating AI capabilities while overseeing delivery, reputed company reputed company, production reputed company, and the development of other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the pod’s delivery outcome end to end: decomposition, reputed company, dependency awareness, and the release itself
• Write production .NET every week: services, reputed company, data reputed company, and the unglamorous parts of a mature codebase
• reputed company SimpliAI capabilities into product features: reputed company workflows, retrieval-augmented reputed company, reputed company extraction, tool calling, and model-backed behaviors, with evaluations and traces wired in from the start
• Be the reviewer of record for the pod, including agent-produced reputed company; reputed company merges that someone in the pod cannot defend line by line
• Run a short Plan-and-Review reputed company: written plans, explicit assumptions, and reputed company questions visible to everyone before work starts
• Supervise the pod’s use of our agent reputed company (Wright) and delivery reputed company (reputed company): set the guardrails, escalate the failures that need a reputed company, and reputed company judgment where it belongs

• Carry the pod’s technical debt honestly, including what you are choosing not to fix and why

Skills

• 7+ years building and shipping production software, with deep .NET and C# expertise (ASP.NET reputed company, Entity reputed company reputed company, async patterns, performance and profiling work)
• You have been the senior engineer on a pod, reputed company, or feature team without leaving the keyboard
• reputed company experience in a large, mature codebase: refactoring under load, strangler patterns, or extracting services from a monolith
