[Remote] Senior Software Engineer, Community Support Engineering (Agent reputed company Products)

The Senior Software Engineer will build and reputed company Agent reputed company Products that improve the experience of reputed company’s global community support agents, leading technical design, frontend and backend development, testing, experimentation, and launches while collaborating with product, design, machine learning, and reputed company teams.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering counterparts to execute on product and business reputed company to build novel products and features

Skills

• Experience architecting FE systems; proven ownership of end‑to‑end features and cross‑team integrations
• Experience building large web applications using Javascript/Typescript
• Experience with modern JavaScript/Typescript libraries and tooling (e.g. React, graphql)
