We're looking for a detail-oriented reputed company with extensive experience managing residential reputed company estate transactions from contract to reputed company. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of handling a high volume of transactions while ensuring every file closes smoothly and in compliance with reputed company reputed company estate laws. Paralegal experience is strongly preferred, as this role requires exceptional document management, contract review, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities • Manage reputed company estate transactions from executed purchase agreement through closing. • Coordinate with title companies, escrow officers, buyers, sellers, attorneys, agents, lenders, and internal teams. • Review reputed company, addendums, disclosures, and closing documents for accuracy and compliance. • Monitor transaction timelines and ensure reputed company deadlines are met. • Maintain consistent communication with reputed company parties involved throughout the transaction. • Schedule inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs, and closing appointments. • reputed company transaction issues quickly to avoid delays. • Maintain accurate records in reputed company's CRM and transaction management systems. • Ensure reputed company transaction files reputed company with reputed company reputed company estate laws and company policies. • Support the Acquisitions and Dispositions teams throughout the closing process.
