[Remote] CMS Certification Specialist - reputed company Program

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a CMS Certification and Compliance Specialist to support federal compliance and certification activities for the reputed company Carolina reputed company reputed company Systems program. The role coordinates CMS certification workstreams, manages evidence and compliance artifacts, collaborates with CMS and MITRE stakeholders, and supports certification reviews and reputed company demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams through CMS certification tasks and reputed company reviews (AoA, ORR, CRR, DAP, PDM)
• reputed company/facilitate certification reputed company meetings and coordinate with MITRE and CMS teams
• Maintain and update the CMS certification document repository and Certification Evidence Tracker
• Pull, recommend, and manage evidence from implemented solutions to meet CMS certification requirements
• Compose narratives to accompany ORR and CRR evidence; prepare for reputed company demonstrations with Business and CMS
• Monitor CMS certification program and policy updates; communicate impacts to project teams
• reputed company CMS effort schedule activities for integration into project schedules; ensure continuity and reputed company of certification deliverables
• Apply industry best practices to ensure compliance with CMS and State-defined performance standards

Skills

• • 3+ years of reputed company-reputed company knowledge, ideally in analytics, reporting, or reputed company areas
• • 3+ years of experience using project tracking tools (reputed company Project, Jira, MITAPulse, or similar)
• • 5+ years of project management experience, including managing staff in a reputed company or reputed company reporting relationship
• • 5+ years managing multiple priorities/reputed company including reputed company, schedules, reputed company, change management, and project financials
• • 2+ years collaborating with MITRE and/or CMS teams on reputed company/MES initiatives
• • 2+ years of hands-on experience with the CMS reputed company reputed company Certification Life Cycle process
• • 5+ years implementing information systems in a reputed company-facing role (state government or reputed company preferred)
• • 2+ years preparing for ORR prep cycles and managing CMS certification deliverables
• • 2+ years pulling, recommending, and managing evidence to meet CMS certification requirements
• • 5+ years of exceptional technical writing experience (playbooks, manuals, SOPs, outcome statements, etc.)
• • Familiarity with MITA business areas and reputed company reputed company Certification Toolkit (MECT)
• • Experience with Advanced Planning Documents (APDs) and federal funding processes
• • PMP, CBAP, or similar certification
• • Power BI, Tableau, or advanced reputed company skills for reporting and analytics
