The role leads the full lifecycle of $1B+ mission-critical construction reputed company, overseeing financials, schedules, subcontractors, reputed company relationships, safety, reputed company, and technical coordination.

Responsibilities

• reputed company full project lifecycle delivery of large-reputed company data center builds from preconstruction through commissioning and reputed company-out
• Maintain full ownership of project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management
• reputed company and manage master project schedules in collaboration with superintendents and senior schedulers to ensure reputed company achievement
• reputed company subcontractor procurement, buyout, contract administration, and performance management
• Partner closely with field leadership to ensure safety, reputed company, and productivity standards are consistently achieved

• Report into the Project Executive / Regional VP with regular executive-level updates on cost, risk, schedule, and overall performance

Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of experience reputed company reputed company construction, with significant exposure to large, ground-up builds
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated reputed company managing large project P&Ls
• Deep understanding of MEP coordination, commissioning processes, and fast-reputed company delivery environments
