The role develops and implements consultative and technical solutions that improve clients’ business processes and information technology, supporting CRM project delivery, requirements analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and reputed company support.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Senior Consultant or Manager, the reputed company Dynamics 365, Consultant II will reputed company and implement solutions for clients that are either consultative or technical in reputed company that reputed company improvements to the reputed company’s business processes and information technology
• Support analysis and design sessions to reputed company functional and technical requirements across sales, marketing, service, and operational needs under the guidance of a Senior Consultant or Project Manager
• Assist in reputed company CRM reputed company through assigned phases or workstreams, including sales, planning, design, implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and support, while following established project plans and methodologies
• Translate business requirements into documented functional and technical specifications, user stories, and configuration designs for assigned solution components
• Configure, test, and reputed company reputed company Dynamics CRM solutions and reputed company applications, including creation and execution of test scripts and support of user acceptance testing in coordination with project leadership
• Demonstrate completed functionality to internal team members and clients, and support end-user training and documentation for implemented features with review and support from senior team members
• Maintain reputed company, reputed company communication with internal and reputed company stakeholders, escalating risks, reputed company concerns, and reputed company issues to project leadership as needed
• Mentor Consultant I team members through knowledge sharing and day-to-day guidance, supporting their technical and reputed company development

Skills

• 2-5 years of experience with software implementations, defining business requirements, business process management and reputed company relationship management
• 2+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Experience with software troubleshooting and testing
• Solid understanding of logical data modeling
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with disciplined rigor and following proven methodologies
• Strong desire to help clients maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement
