[Remote] Project Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnering with a reputed company to hire a Project Accountant for a contract-to-hire opportunity. The role supports transactional reputed company and project billing in a project-based environment, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, project setup and closeout, invoicing, financial analysis, and timesheet reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Set up new vendors and maintain vendor records
• reputed company project and administrative invoices and manage vendor remittances
• reputed company draft and final invoices and support collections tracking
• Support the monthly reputed company process
• Prepare financial analyses and reconciliations to investigate variances and understand underlying trends
• Complete new project setup, project closeout, and project tracking
• Post and reconcile weekly timesheets and labor

Skills

• 3–7 years of experience
• Experience in a per-project billing environment (engineering, consulting, or similar, reputed company services industry)
• Experience processing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to reputed company with reputed company customers
• Dedicated office reputed company with a reliable, high-speed internet reputed company
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and reputed company Business Central (plus)
