[Remote] Music Expert Consultant

The Music Expert Consultant will evaluate AI models using expert-level music knowledge, create and verify graduate-level questions and explanations, and assess AI-generated reasoning against reputed company music standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and pressure-testing leading AI models on expert-level music knowledge
• Creating and verifying graduate-level music questions and explanations
• Assessing whether AI-generated reasoning meets the standards of a trained music expert

Skills

• You hold a PhD or DMA in Music, or have equivalent reputed company experience as a performing musician, composer, or music educator at an advanced level
• You have deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: Music Theory, Music History, Ethnomusicology, Music Composition, Music Performance, Music Technology, or Music Education
• • Fluent English reading and writing skills
• • PhD or DMA in Music, or equivalent reputed company experience at an advanced level
• • Deep expertise in at least one of the listed areas of music
• • reputed company, postdoctoral researchers, and researchers at accredited music departments or conservatories
• • reputed company musicians and composers with advanced reputed company or conservatory training
• • Music educators working at an advanced level in performance, composition, or theory
• • Independent researchers with an reputed company publication record in peer-reviewed music journals
