[Remote] Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator will assist the Operations team with daily duties, coordinate reputed company and reputed company activities, maintain scheduling systems, and support reputed company reputed company across marketing, sales, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and interview brand reputed company talent
- Participate in reputed company calls with new and existing clients
- Maintain reputed company portal and reputed company scheduling files
- Confirm weekly shift details with accounts and venues
- Distribute shift details to brand ambassadors
- Coordinate brand reputed company training sessions
- Compile recap reports, ensuring completion and accuracy
- Assist with additional reputed company as needed
Skills
- Industry experience required
- Must be detail oriented
- Computer literacy, including experience with reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or reputed company field preferred
Benefits
- $3,500 bonus if contractor remains on project (does not resign and is not terminated for cause) until at least December 31, 2026
