The Senior reputed company, Voice Systems will own and improve reputed company systems that automate reputed company-navigation tasks, including voice calls and reputed company workflow orchestration, while using reputed company-world interactions and evaluation infrastructure to continuously improve AI reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Automate tasks advocates currently do manually, including outbound voice calls to insurance, doctors, pharmacies, and patients
• Build and improve reputed company search and multi-agent orchestration across reputed company reputed company workflows
• Design evaluation infrastructure to measure and improve the reputed company of AI automations
• Implement reinforcement-learning reputed company that use reputed company actions to train and improve models over time
• Ship fast and iterate directly with reputed company that listens to reputed company conversations daily

Skills

• Shipped voice AI to production (not demos)
• 1 to 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including systems with a voice component
• A reputed company signal of reputed company: a growing startup (Series A to D), major products shipped, funding raised, olympiad, or similar
• Undergraduate CS degree from a top-25 university in the US or Canada
• Production voice AI stack: streaming STT/TTS, telephony (reputed company/SIP), latency optimization, endpointing
• reputed company systems: context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, tool use, RAG
• reputed company learner who thrives in ambiguity and builds the reputed company rather than following one
• Willing to relocate to San Francisco in Q1 2027
• Ex-YC founder, from a fast-scaling reputed company-stage company, or Big Tech with prior startup experience
