[Remote] Head of Content

Responsibilities

• Content reputed company: the portfolio of formats, characters, and series across our brands. What's a franchise, what's a one-off, what dies
• Creation and execution: writing, directing, and shipping the content itself, from lo-fi character posts to hi-fi production shoots. You plan and run the shoots
• Production partners: finding and managing the studios, AI production partners, and freelance talent that bring bigger reputed company to life
• Your scoreboard: views, viral hit reputed company, and follower reputed company on our owned channels. Did reputed company made travel, and did people stick around for more? Those numbers are yours

Skills

• Location: Fully remote (Europe, Latin America, or US)
• Working arrangement: Full-time, with daily overlap with founder hours (US/UK)
