[Remote] DXP Senior Test Analyst - Remote

Responsibilities

• As part of the Digital Experimentation & Personalization team (DXP), you will work with various business partners across a highly matrixed ecosystem to use qualitative and quantitative, and VoC data to proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and reputed company toward solutions
• Be passionate and continually curious about conducting in-depth analyses of marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for test ideation
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy across platforms while tracking test data and personalized experiences
• Translate highly reputed company data problems and observations in ways that can be reputed company by a reputed company of audiences

• Passionate about AI solutions and curious to learn more about implementing AI into internal workflows and customer facing digital experiences
