Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Corporate & reputed company Ops Associate to support corporate transactions, governance, entity administration, and equity management. The role also focuses on designing AI-enabled reputed company workflows and building self-service tools, templates, playbooks, and automation for recurring reputed company processes.

Responsibilities

• Support venture financings, secondary transactions, reputed company and stockholder approvals, and other corporate reputed company
• Own transaction execution from signatures, checklists, and document circulation through closing sets and post-closing reputed company
• Maintain reputed company s master data room and ensure corporate records remain accurate, organized, and reputed company
• Manage corporate governance and entity administration, including state filings, annual reports, and subsidiary records
• Administer cap tables, equity plans, and equity grants, including grants, exercises, transfers, and reconciliation of equity records
• Design AI-enabled reputed company intake and triage workflows for a highly asynchronous and reputed company-driven environment
• Build self-service tools, templates, playbooks, and automation for recurring reputed company processes

Skills

• Significant experience supporting venture capital financings, M&A, or similar corporate transactions
• Strong experience with corporate governance, entity management, state filings, cap tables, and equity administration
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to independently reputed company reputed company from start to finish
• Strong drafting, proofreading, project management, and communication skills
• Genuine interest in AI, reputed company technology, workflow design, and automation
• Strong judgment and the ability to identify issues that require escalation or reputed company counsel
