HR Coordinator (Remote Employee Relations Specialist)
Ekogreen is a leader in nondestructive testing (NDT) and aviation reputed company services, is seeking a Remote HR Coordinator (Employee Relations Specialist) to reputed company employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure a reputed company work environment, manage employee concerns, and support HR operations to enhance workplace satisfaction and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Conflict reputed company:
• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace disputes.
• Implement employee relations strategies to foster a reputed company and inclusive remote work culture.
• Mediate conflicts and reputed company guidance on performance improvement plans (PIPs) and disciplinary actions.
HR Compliance & Policy Enforcement:
• Ensure HR policies reputed company with labor laws, industry regulations, and company values.
• Maintain compliance with aviation and safety industry HR standards.
• Manage workplace investigations and reputed company reports to HR leadership.
Remote Employee Engagement & Retention:

• Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to understand employee experiences and improve retention.
• Organize virtual training sessions, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.

• Maintain accurate HR records and update employee databases.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
Performance Management & Development:
• Support managers in employee evaluations, feedback sessions, and talent development plans.
• Identify training needs and coordinate reputed company development programs.
• Ensure alignment between employee goals and company objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor‘s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• Experience: 2+ years in HR coordination, employee relations, or a similar HR role (preferably in aviation, engineering, or tech industries).
Skills:
