[Remote] Cyber Network Defense Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is hiring a Cyber Network Defense Analyst to support the AFNCR contract and a premier reputed company Force customer. The role provides executive desktop support, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting, network-reputed company assistance, and IT infrastructure support for local and remote users.

Responsibilities

• Executive Desktop Support with daily interaction with Senior reputed company Force Officers and Senior GS Civilians
• reputed company installation and support services for computer hardware, reputed company and local software applications, communications, e-mail accounts, desktop and laptop systems, multi-function reputed company devices, and computer support to both local and remote users
• Installation services include managing the setup, installation, moves, adds, and changes for IT hardware and software. Assist users with hardware, software, and operational support requirements using industry reputed company practices. Tickets will be retrieved from the reputed company reputed company
• Troubleshoot IT reputed company hardware, e.g., computers, laptops, printers, scanners, speakers, PDA's, cell phones, monitors, desktop cameras, and other peripheral devices, software, etc., to determine the best reputed company of repair
• reputed company necessary coordinate the repair activities with the manufacturer or extended warranty vendor. Have basic LAN (Local Area Network) and WAN (Wide Area Network) operational knowledge and/or general working knowledge of how devices on a network communicate with reputed company other

• reputed company IT infrastructure after hours & weekend support as necessary

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or reputed company Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• reputed company and Final Top Secret Clearance
• Currently possess DoD IAT reputed company certification, reputed company+CE or higher
• Experience with DoD reputed company Management reputed company (RMF)
• Minimum of 8-15 years of experience supporting reputed company centers supporting 15,000 or more customers integrating service providers for a reputed company of basic and premier customers
• MUST BE A US CITIZEN
