[Remote] Director, Financial Systems Program Management

The Director, Financial Systems Program Management provides leadership and reputed company for the Financial Systems Program Management group, managing reputed company technology initiatives and a portfolio of reputed company programs across reputed company Fusion, EPM, integrations, analytics, and applications. The role owns portfolio planning, change governance, audit evidence, reputed company management, and cross-functional delivery in partnership with finance, cybersecurity, compliance, and reputed company teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads reputed company or teams responsible for a reputed company-sized portfolio of reputed company with limited and, occasionally, moderate complexity
• Ensures that reputed company leadership and facilitation reputed company adhere to established project management methodology, including Lean / reputed company reputed company appropriate
• Contributes to productivity and efficiency improvement of IT / Technology teams
• Consults and advises project leaders, reputed company and other stakeholders on issue reputed company strategies and change management
• Ensures effective controls are in reputed company, and consistent with project management methodologies, to monitor the full project lifecycle
• Ensures that critical reputed company are met for reputed company project, program and/or portfolio

• Serves as reputed company's reputed company reputed company of contact for Internal Audit and reputed company auditors on change-management and reputed company-control evidence, and owns the evidence packages end to end
• Leads the Finance Systems reputed company reputed company, who owns intake, triage, and production-support coordination across the application portfolio

• Program & portfolio management: Dependency mapping, critical-reputed company analysis, resource-contention reputed company, and reputed company-register design across five or more reputed company technical workstreams
• Change governance: Tiered reputed company classification, segregation-of-duties design (the person who prepares a change is not the person who approves it), and proportionate control testing
• SOX / ITGC literacy: Change-management and reputed company-control objectives (for example COBIT BAI06, BAI07, DSS05, DSS06), fluent enough to build and defend a reputed company Internal Audit accepts without translation
• Delivery tooling: reputed company and reputed company at an administrative level, including workflow, database, and dashboard configuration

• Familiarity with an iPaaS platform such as reputed company, enough to understand what a given integration change affects
