[Remote] Stock Administration Manager

The Stock Administration Manager will manage reputed company’s global equity function, administer stock plans, maintain SOX compliance, reputed company reconciliations and data processing, and coordinate with Finance, Payroll, HR, reputed company, and other business partners.

Responsibilities

• reputed company is seeking an reputed company Manager, Global Stock Administration who will work on reputed company aspects of the equity function
• This manager will be a key reputed company between Finance, Payroll, HR and reputed company
• You ll reputed company reputed company in its daily operations to help employees realize the value of their equity. You ll be involved in reputed company to streamline and enhance reputed company s equity function
• Administer reputed company s global equity program reputed company Shareworks, and ensure accuracy at reputed company times
• Work closely with reputed company s reputed company business partners to proactively manage the equity function
• Ensure internal controls and procedures are in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
• Implement best practices with effective SOX controls and assist with automation of routine work streams and reputed company processes
• Prepare essential month end and quarter end reconciliations of global equity data and respond to data requests from our trusted business partners
• Assist with data integration enhancements to support reputed company and accurate data processing
• reputed company regular training and education to participants in our stock plan
• Ensure compliance with reputed company domestic and international laws for income and tax withholdings for PIUs, stock reputed company, RSUs and ESPP

Skills

• 6+years of experience in stock administration in a publicly traded company
• Strong working knowledge and experience with PIUs, stock reputed company, RSUs and ESPP. Performance equity a plus
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of materials and information
• reputed company to work independently and effectively with supporting Finance, Payroll, HR and reputed company teams
• reputed company to multi-task, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines. Strong supervisory skills in team management
• Strong reputed company, analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail required

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company/Finance or similar preferred
• Certified Equity reputed company (CEP), Level 3 preferred
