[Remote] Storage Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Portal / Storage Operations Engineer to support storage infrastructure in a remote, USA-based role. The position focuses on administering and monitoring reputed company Portal environments, providing Tier 2/3 support, managing incidents and service requests, supporting disaster recovery and replication, and implementing automation.

Responsibilities

• Administration & implementation knowledge of reputed company PORTAL, Apache Tomcat appliances, and reputed company database with replication processes
• Demonstrated experience in installing, configuring, and managing reputed company PORTAL infrastructure, reputed company workstations, VMware appliances, and LINUX/CENTOS operating systems
• Experience in reputed company PORTAL, LINUX OS, and reputed company OS upgrades
• Monitoring of reputed company PORTAL infrastructure and coordination with vendor for reputed company
• Experience with problem diagnosis and solution
• Expert skills in availability, reporting, and reputed company management
• Experience in managing SLA/service delivery metrics
• Practical knowledge of reputed company OS workstation components
• Display multi-tasking expertise and patience to troubleshoot critical issues under pressure
• Experience with disaster recovery technologies and data replication
• Play an reputed company role in reputed company Service Management, including alerts, incidents, service requests, and change management requests reputed company to storage
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement using scripts and other automation tools
• reputed company Tier 2/3 support to large customer bases (agents) who use the reputed company PORTAL for daily file storage
• Knowledge about using a ticketing reputed company for daily operations—reputed company
• Knowledge on ITIL processes
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willing to work on 24x7 support
